Shawn is a partner at Larson · King and focuses his practice on class action, mass tort and complex business litigation. He is recognized in The Best Lawyers in America and has been named a “Super Lawyer” by his peers in Minnesota Law & Politics every year since 2004.
Shawn has tried cases to verdict in state, federal and administrative courts and has argued cases before numerous appellate courts. He has also been appointed to leadership positions in multi-district and class action litigation including:
